At Muslim Blocks®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

There are no exceptions to our return policy. All products sold on our website are eligible for return, provided they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  1. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or store credit, at your preference. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

  1. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure that the replacement product is in its original condition. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product must be paid by the customer or will be credited by us, as applicable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the RMA number.
